What is Route Package Protection?
Route protects your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. The service can be added or removed at checkout and is optional. Should you purchase by accident, you can reach out to us at [email protected] for a refund.
How Does Route Work?
If your protected order is lost, damaged, or stolen, Route will replace or refund it based on your preference. Claims are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
Need to File a Claim?
